As a flower company and many other businesses in the world, we are facing a complex moment without precedent, but we developed a plan to be prepared to face it in the best possible way.
1.-Our online service will keep receiving orders 24 hours a day.
2.- Our store hours and telephone communication channels are available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Ecuador Time) Whatsap, web chat and social networks from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
3.-There might be a possible delay in the delivery of some orders, depending on the city your are, this because of city norms that restrict transportation at certain hours. You must know that we are making an important effort to ensure that everything is delivered within the time frame established and selected by you, but in some cases we won´t be able to fulfill your needs. We suggest to order ahead of time estimating up to 2 week prior the desired date.
4.- For your peace of mind from the beginning of this situation we have taken all safety measures, all our products go through a sanitization process in every step, During the preparation and the shipping, our collaborators wear the mandatory mask and disposable gloves throughout this process.
5.- The delivery of our floral arrangements and additional products is made without direct contact of the recipient, delivering the products to concierges, building or condominium receptions or, when possible, at the door of the recipient, keeping 2 meters distance between the delivery person and recipient.
6.-Some of our products could be subject to changes in terms of colors, types of flowers or types of base, this because of stock supply caused by Covid-19 if this is the case, we will notify you and let you chose a replacement.
We make all our efforts so that our stock and coverage areas are not affected.
